How long until my piece arrives?
Each Donna Stellare gown is handcrafted to order. Production and white-glove inspection take 1–2 weeks, then delivery within the United States is complimentary and signature-required.
Do you ship outside the United States?
At this time we ship exclusively within the United States to preserve our white-glove handling standards. International concierge requests can be sent to info@donnastellare.com.
What is your return policy?
Because every piece is made to order, all sales are final. We offer a discreet 14-day private exchange for an alternate size or piece of equal value. Begin your exchange at info@donnastellare.com within 14 days of delivery.
How do I find my correct size?
Our sizing chart (XS–XL) is available on every product page under Sizing & Fit, and in full detail on our Sizing Guide. If you are between sizes, our atelier recommends sizing up for an effortless drape, or write to us for a private fit consultation.
